Using the Café Rosto in Cold Weather

I roast coffee in my garage and cold weather really affects the roasting. (single digits in New Jersey this morning)

I learned on alt.coffee that putting a 1" wide strip of aluminum foil between the removable chaff screen and the vents is a good remedy for the cold ambient temperature. You just want to block two of the vertical vents.
