Coffee Fest Chicago: February 25-27

Coffee Fest Chicago posts incredible Early-Bird Registration record

The best trade show value in the coffee industry just keeps getting stronger and attendee registration continues to reflect the same. As of February 5, 2005, more than 2,100 pre-registered attendees have been processed. While pre-registration closed officially Saturday February 5th, a backlog of registration forms that exist is unprecedented. The best estimate is that 2,750 pre-registered attendees have mailed, faxed, or e-mailed Coffee Fest Chicago registration forms. Regardless of what the final number is, is it is clear that pre-registration for Coffee Fest Chicago 2005 will be no less than triple of 2004's figures from Washington, D.C.

Of all of Coffee Fest’s 38 previous shows, only Seattle 2004 has posted a larger early bird registration number at 3,247. Previously, the highest pre-registration number outside of Seattle was 1,547 in Las Vegas 2004. Chicago’s 2,750 is 77% more than any Coffee Fest ever held outside of Seattle. If no other attendees register to attend, the total attendance will be higher than all but four of Coffee Fest first 38 shows. History suggests from 1,000 to 1,500 will register on-site, forecasting total Coffee Fest Chicago attendance (not counting exhibitors and the staff working exhibitors booths) at more than 4,000.

An unbelievable show is in store for all exhibitors that will be present.
