Latte set in a froth over the perfect cup

It's a little bit of art and a little bit of science but mainly a lot of passion - and coffee-making has New Zealanders outclassing their rivals across the Tasman.

The executive director of the world barista championships, Insaturator ("Ini" for short - he says he doesn't have a last name), let his nose and taste buds do the work in Taupo at the weekend for NZ's first Coffee Festival and Awards.
