Long-standing popularity of coffee evident
in antique paraphernalia

Coffee beans were first discovered in Ethiopia, then cultivated by the Arabians and eventually brewed by the Turks.

Coffee was a long-guarded secret of Muslim countries; however, it was a secret too good to keep.

The wily Italians stole the secret, spread the word and, before long, popes were blessing it and John Smith was taking it to the New World.

Known to energize the body, it has been America’s favorite brew since settlers threw the English tea in the Boston harbor.
